Delivery Process And Time

We have an internal logistics department that will be handling the deliveries.

– What do i have to present at the time of delivery?
You must present the order number, and a signature will be required.

– How is delivery scheduled?
After you have done your purchase you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail then a confirmation phone call. During the call, you can mention your preferred time to one of our team members. Our deliveries are usually between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
