Delivery and Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations

– Deliveries are only within UAE at this time.

– For now, deliveries will only be free of charge within Dubai, as long as the invoice amount is over AED 3,000. If the amount is less than AED 3,000, there will be a transport charge of AED 250 within Dubai and AED400 for all other emirates.

– Can I place an order from outside Dubai?
Yes of course, there will be a shipping charge depending on the item ordered.

 

Delivery Process And Time

We have an internal logistics department that will be handling the deliveries.

– What do i have to present at the time of delivery?
You must present the order number, and a signature will be required.

– How is delivery scheduled?
After you have done your purchase you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail then a confirmation phone call. During the call, you can mention your preferred time to one of our team members. Our deliveries are usually between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

 

Payment Methods

We only accept cards. We do not have an option for COD.
